You do not have access to the Google Ads account that is connected to your AdMob account

You cannot use AdMob at this time

My issue -  i have an google ads account and i have deleted the google ads account and remove email access from this account because i have choosed the wrong currency. so now i have created another google ads account with new customer id, so i kindly request you to fix my admob issue.

So to fix this issue there is one form provided by admob support team which is not working check the below image as well as the admob team has not provided any email address to fix that issue. 

i have not got any way to contact to admob team if anybody have any solution please please help me.
